Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring for truck care cashier roles in Florida. You’ll be the first point of contact with customers, handling transactions and connecting customers to service specialists to identify needs. No experience?

No problem – we will teach you! Responsibilities include operating the POS, processing invoices, coordinating with fleet maintenance for work authorizations, and keeping customer areas clean.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
• Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices
• Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
• Perform customer area & bathroom maintenance such as but not limited to; detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
