Love's Travel Stops is hiring truck care cashiers in Channahon, IL. You will greet customers, balance a cash register, input service orders into POS, and coordinate with service staff while upholding safety and cleanliness. No experience? No problem—we train you.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashier or customer service roles is common but not required.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws
• Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices
• Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
• Perform customer area & restroom maintenance such as detail cleaning and wiping surfaces
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures

Job Functions:

• Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices
• Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders
• Perform customer area & restroom maintenance such as but not limited to; detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.Ability to work in various temperatures.
