Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Franklin, KY is seeking a friendly truck care cashier to greet customers, handle transactions, and connect customers with service specialists to identify needs.

You will input work orders into the POS, balance the cash register, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and restrooms. No experience? We will teach you, and teamwork and flexibility are highly valued in this fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect customers with service specialist to identify services needed.
• Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
• Accurately input work order information into POS and verify accuracy of services performed and collect/close out pending invoices.
• Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders.
• Perform customer area & restroom maintenance such as detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
