Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support the North America HVAC business. The role involves startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket service for commercial and ducted systems, including chillers and AHUs.

You will receive STA training, tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to serve customers to the highest standard. Travel is required for training in the first six months, with a focus on safety and adherence to union-backed practices.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of practical working experience on commercial or ducted HVAC products with strong troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers and AHUs or roof-top ducted units.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and chiller components.

Responsabilités

• Provide service and solutions to customer facility inefficiencies at commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Offer quotes to support recommendations and upsell opportunities.
• Travel 10–20% to support branch customers startup, commissioning, and service activities.
• Work collaboratively with local market mechanics and maintain safety standards.
