Job summary

You will work with customers to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and prepare quotes. Travel up to 20% may be required, and a Universal EPA refrigerants license plus valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of practical working experience on residential or ducted HVAC products.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines and chiller components.
• Valid driver's license and applicable local licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to solve facility inefficiencies and issues.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers, offering solutions at commissioning and post-sales service.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and ensure facility runs efficiently.
• Travel 10%–20% to support startup, commissioning and after-market service.
