Job summary

You will service commercial chillers, engage in startup and commissioning, and provide客户 with actionable recommendations and quotes. Training through STA and safety-focused culture are emphasized.

Travel to customer sites may be required. The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC/R experience with chillers; a Universal EPA refrigerant license and valid driver's license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years HVAC/R experience with direct chiller experience preferred.
• Ability to repair centrifugal compressors and screw chillers components.
• Must be a union member or willing to join UA Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union (US/Canada).
• Travel 10–20% to support startup, commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Pass knowledge examination and enroll in JCI's STA training for career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to solve facility inefficiencies and issues at commissioning or aftersales.
• Offer practical solutions and quotes to customers to optimize facility energy use.
• Collaborate with local market mechanics and maintain safety-first approach.
• Document issues, causes, and corrective actions clearly for customers.
