Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support its fast-growing North America division, focusing on commercial products, air cooled and water cooled chillers. Qualifications

• Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC/R experience with direct chiller experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and control system issues; travel 10–20%.
• EPA refrigerants license, state/local licensing, and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to participate in training via JCI's STA and earn certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and issues during commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Give quotes to support recommendations and ensure the facility runs efficiently with upsell opportunities.
• Work with customers and team members to communicate problem, cause, and corrective actions clearly.
