Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to support the fast-growing North America HVAC business.

You will service air cooled and water-cooled chillers, AHUs and large roof units, with responsibility for diagnosing issues, solving plant inefficiencies and ensuring safety standards. The role offers factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of practical experience on air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or large rooftop units.
• Repair of centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers, or ammonia/hydrocarbon components.
• EPA Universal refrigerants license and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level service to solve facility inefficiencies and perform commissioning and aftermarket service.
• Provide quotes to customers and support recommendations with clear actions.
• Invest in career development through STA training and on‑the‑job coaching with local mechanics.
