Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in transit or rail operations, with 2–3 years in supervision/management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with transit software like Trapeze is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trolley operations: scheduling, dispatch, on-time performance.
• Supervise field supervisors, dispatchers, and trolley operators; ensure staffing coverage.
• Monitor ridership, performance, and service reliability; report to CEO.
