Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with substantial experience in advisement or student services.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating grant programs.
• Familiarity with federal reporting, Title IV or TRIO programs.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project data collection system and generate accurate reports.
• Document, maintain, and track student interactions and progression in CCRI systems.
• Lead and supervise support and professional staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate all grant program activities and monitor program outcomes and reports.
