Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Behavioral and/or Social Science, Higher Education Administration, or Student Affairs Administration.
• Minimum of three years of successful program administrative and supervisory experience at the post-secondary level, with budget management.
• Experience supporting first-generation, low-income, or disabled student populations.
• Experience building collaborations across campus and with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, administration, assessment, and reporting for the TRIO SSS grant per USDOE rules and college priorities.
• Manage the program budget and authorize expenditures of federal funds with collaborators.
• Prepare Annual Performance Reports (APR) with institutional support.
• Develop recruitment and persistence plans to ensure equitable access for TRIO participants.
• Supervise TRIO staff and student employees, including caseload allocation.
• Coordinate with campus partners on events and outreach for first-generation students.
