Job summary

Keene State College seeks an Associate Director to manage two TRIO Student Support Services (Aspire) grants serving about 280 students annually. The role supervises 5 full-time staff, coordinates tutoring and mentoring, and oversees the Links Summer Bridge program, advancing retention and graduation goals.

The incumbent collaborates campus-wide to raise TRIO visibility, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and drive program improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education, Counseling, or related field required.
• Three+ years of supervisory or program management experience.
• Experience coordinating TRIO or college access programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the programs and department.
• Oversee service delivery and coordinate activities to meet grant objectives.
• Represent TRIO on campus and in the community.
• Address stakeholder needs proactively and collaborate with campus partners.
• Coordinate Links Summer Bridge and related interventions.
