Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in education, guidance and counseling, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience administering postsecondary programs, including experience with budget management and program assessment.

• Lead staff hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision.
• Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and activities to meet grant objectives.
