Job summary

HighLevel, a remote-first, SaaS-driven platform, is seeking a Manager of the Trial Experience Team. You will lead a customer-facing team, drive value-driven conversations, and ensure exceptional engagement from trial starts through success alignment with business strategies.

You will develop strategies, monitor KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable processes, coaching, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience is required.
• 5+ years leading fast-paced, results-driven customer-facing teams in SaaS.
• 3+ years staffing, performance management, and coaching front-line employees and junior managers.
