Job summary

Sierra Ventures is seeking a candidate to manage the technical and operational execution of enterprise trials from kickoff through the final decision. You will serve as the primary link between Sales, Product, and the customer, coordinating environment setup, requirements gathering, and customer enablement to drive a successful evaluation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple timelines, tasks, and stakeholders.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; able to train customers.
• Interest in learning technical/product concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical users.
• Detail oriented and reliable in following up on open items and closing loops.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite trial support.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and operational execution of enterprise trials from kickoff to decision, including environment setup and configuration.
• Gather and scope technical and operational requirements directly with the customer's technical and legal ops stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training so prospect teams can meaningfully evaluate the product, not just log into it.
• Identify and triage issues that arise during the trial, escalating to Product or Engineering as needed to keep the trial moving.
• Own the trial timeline and success criteria, hold both Eudia and the customer accountable to them, and flag risk to the deal team early.
• Act as the primary link between Sales, Product, and the customer during the evaluation window, and translate trial outcomes into a clear, evidence-based case for close.
