Eudia Counsel seeks a Trial Execution Specialist to own the technical and operational execution of enterprise trials from kickoff to decision. You will be the single point of accountability and the primary link between Sales, Product, and the customer during the evaluation window.

The role emphasizes delivering training, coordinating timelines, and triaging issues to keep the trial moving, with travel for onsite support as needed. 1–2 years of experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; able to train customers.
• Interest in rapidly learning technical/product concepts and explaining to non-technical users.
• Detail oriented and reliable in following up on open items and closing loops.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and onsite trial support.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and operational execution of enterprise trials from kickoff to final decision, including environment setup and configuration.
• Gather and scopes technical and operational requirements with customer stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training so prospect teams can meaningfully evaluate the product.
• Identify and triage issues, escalating to Product or Engineering as needed.
• Own the trial timeline and success criteria, flagging risks early to the deal team.
• Translate trial outcomes into an evidence-based case for close.
