Job summary

VRS Cleaning Company is seeking an Operations Manager to run day-to-day cleaning operations across our vacation rental portfolio. You will own partner communication, Breezeway board, field supervision, laundry logistics, and service documentation, enabling leadership to focus on growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual — English & Spanish. Professional written and spoken fluency in all three languages is required.
• 3+ years in vacation rental operations, housekeeping management, or property care.
• Experience managing field teams and third-party vendors, including laundry or linen logistics.
• Proficient with Breezeway to manage schedules, tasks, and inspections.
• Familiar with PMS platforms and how cleaning operations sync with them.

Responsibilities

• Single operational contact for property management partners; own requests end-to-end.
• Acknowledge routine requests the same business day with an expected completion date.
• Proactively update partners through completion; avoid second follow-ups.
• Own Breezeway board daily; manage schedules, tasks, and property checklists.
• Oversee linen logistics, inventory, and vendor invoicing.
• Coordinate subcontractor relationships and onboarding of new properties.
• Standardize scopes and documentation for each service type.
