Job summary

VRS Cleaning Company is seeking a trilingual Operations Manager to run day-to-day cleaning operations across our vacation rental portfolio in the Sarasota area. You will own partner communication, Breezeway boards, field supervision, and service documentation to free leadership for growth and strategy.

The role requires 3+ years in vacation rental operations, Breezeway proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese preferred).

Qualifications

3+ years in vacation rental operations, housekeeping management, or property care, specifically short-term turnover.

Responsibilities

Partner and client communication: own requests end-to-end and acknowledge same-day with a due date.
Breezeway and scheduling: manage daily board, schedules, checklists, and photo documentation.
Quality control & field supervision: assign teams, conduct inspections, standardize scopes and docs.
Laundry & linen logistics: oversee vendor, scheduling, inventory, invoicing accuracy.
Vendor & field operations: manage subcontractors, recruit/train local teams, supervise.
Documentation & pricing support: maintain service catalog and timely pricing/scopes.
