Molly Maid of Playa Vista is seeking an on-site Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy residential cleaning service serving the Culver City and LA Westside area. This hands-on role requires coordinating field teams, office duties, and occasional field work.

Expect to schedule routes, deploy crews, coach staff, and maintain customer communications in English and Spanish. A valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must meet automobile-insurance requirements, including two years of licensed status.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Culver City office.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the morning deployment of cleaning teams from our Culver City office.
• Confirm employee attendance and respond to call-outs, late arrivals, vehicle problems, and schedule changes.
• Make route and staffing adjustments to minimize customer disruptions.
• Ensure teams leave with correct schedules, keys, phones, equipment, towels, and supplies.
• Communicate daily instructions and customer requests in English and Spanish.
• Monitor team progress and assist with operational issues as they arise.
• Help ensure company vehicles, equipment, and office access procedures are properly managed.
• Help prepare and review daily and future schedules.
• Assign teams based on availability, location, job requirements, timing, and capabilities.
• Communicate arrival windows, delays, and special instructions to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and scheduling records.
• Coordinate with ownership regarding capacity, routing, and priorities.
• Provide clear daily direction, coaching, and accountability to staff.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Conduct office orientation and support in-home training.
• Address attendance, performance, and workplace issues professionally.
• Document employee conversations and incidents as needed.
• Promote teamwork, reliability, professionalism, safety, and respectful communication.
• Escalate serious matters to ownership.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve service issues.
• Conduct quality inspections and follow up with customers as needed.
• Visit customer homes to review requirements and support teams.
• Maintain high standards for dependability and cleaning quality.
• Support 24-hour service warranty and coordinate return visits.
• Drive company vehicles as part of regular duties.
• Transport staff, supplies, or equipment when needed.
• Assist with training, quality control, estimates, or cleaning coverage.
• Enter customer homes and demonstrate proper cleaning methods.
• Report vehicle issues promptly.
