Job summary

Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is seeking a seasoned bilingual Field Operations Manager (English/Spanish) to lead and develop our frontline teams, ensure staffing, and uphold service standards across a busy residential cleaning operation.

You will coach performance, recruit and train staff, monitor quality and customer service, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to drive growth. Fluency in English and Spanish and at least five years of frontline supervision are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to coach a diverse frontline team.
• Minimum five years supervising or managing frontline employees and teams.
• Hands-on people management experience, not just HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field workforce across districts.
• Monitor performance, quality, and customer service standards.
• Coach, develop and hold employees accountable.
• Recruit, hire and train frontline staff.
• Staffing, retention, and day-to-day issue resolution.
