Job summary

Haugland Group LLC in Long Island, NY is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead trenchless construction projects. This hybrid role requires travel to active sites (roughly 30%) and occasional extended stays.

You will coordinate with the Project Management team on engineering procedures, submittals, change orders, CPM schedules, procurement, and cost tracking while maintaining ERP data and project communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant construction or engineering experience.
• Experience with heavy civil or trenchless construction is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~30%, including multi-state travel and extended stays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Management team on engineering procedures and trenchless means.
• Prepare and track project submittals, RFIs, and related inquiries.
• Assist with tunneling work plans, equipment layouts, and construction sequencing.
• Facilitate Change Order processes and assist with budget projections and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Manage CPM baseline schedules and project updates.
• Manage project procurement and buyout procedures.
• Ensure materials and equipment are approved, procured, delivered, and tracked.
• Coordinate with Finance to review monthly project costs.
• Update and maintain ERP with current project information.
• Coordinate project communications among stakeholders.
• Support field tunneling activities including auger boring and microtunneling.
