Brown and Caldwell is seeking a senior Trenchless Technology Specialist / Design Consultant to support planning, design, and construction of trenchless conveyance infrastructure projects mainly in the Eastern US, with nationwide potential.

You will lead delivery excellence, risk management, and application of best practices across methods such as micro-tunneling, HDD, jack-and-bore, and pilot tube, mentoring staff and contributing to technical standards while collaborating with clients and

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 5 years in trenchless technology.
• Experience with the SMS Framework and advancing through the SMS competencies.
• Senior-level technical delivery expertise and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply technical standards and best practices across projects and teams.
• Lead project delivery teams nationally to meet goals and mitigate risks.
• Build relationships with clients and tailor technical solutions.
• Support SMS governance and talent development within the Practice.
• Mentor less experienced staff and contribute to technical training.
