Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a senior Trenchless Technology Specialist / Design Consultant to support planning, design, and construction of trenchless conveyance projects mainly in the Eastern US and nationwide.

Focus is on delivery excellence, risk management, and applying best practices for trenchless technologies such as micro-tunneling, HDD, jack-and-bore, and tunneling, with mentoring responsibilities and leadership within the Practice.

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum 5 years in assigned technical area
• 10-15+ years of progressive trenchless/underground experience
• Certified in the SMS Framework and progressing through SMS competencies

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply technical standards, guidelines and best practices across projects
• Engage on national project delivery teams to ensure quality and risk management
• Build and maintain client relationships and deliver tailored technical solutions
• Support Practice leader with SMS governance and talent development
• Develop technical training and mentoring programs within the Practice
• Adapt to evolving project needs and assignments
