Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Atlanta seeks a Trench Safety Branch Manager to lead all branch operations for trench shoring and safety systems, with full P&L ownership, profit growth, talent development, and high safety standards in a fast-paced, equipment-intensive environment.

You will build customer relationships with contractors and utilities, coordinate equipment scheduling and deployment, and ensure safe, timely project execution while maintaining equipment readiness and cost

Formación

• Requires 5+ years of business management with direct P&L accountability at a branch or profit center.
• Experience in trench safety/trench shoring is required.
• Strong sales and customer service background; outside sales experience favored.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch operations for trench shoring and trench safety systems with full P&L oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, utilities, municipalities, and infrastructure partners.
• Oversee equipment scheduling, dispatch, and readiness for safe, timely project execution.
• Manage trench shoring operations including hydraulic shoring, slide rail, and shielding.
• Drive profitable growth, talent development, and safety culture at the branch.
