Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager for the Trench Shoring division in Denver, CO. You will own the full P&L, drive profitable growth, and lead a team in a fast-paced, equipment-intensive environment while upholding a strong safety culture and exceptional customer service.

You should have 3+ years trench safety/shoring experience, 5+ years of branch leadership with budgeting prowess, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. A competitive salary and bonus await.

Qualifications

• Full branch P&L responsibility including budgeting and revenue growth.
• 5+ years of branch management with P&L accountability.
• 3+ years of trench safety/shoring experience required.
• Strong sales and customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a branch business plan focused on safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Builds and grows trench shoring business with market presence and service excellence.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, utilities, and municipalities for loyalty.
• Oversee equipment scheduling, dispatch, and deployment readiness.
• Lead operations for trench shoring systems including hydraulic shoring and shielding.
