Badger Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring safe, cost-effective execution and strong financial results alongside exceptional service and a superior customer experience.

The role builds a strong management team, grows the business through operational excellence, and makes health and safety the top priority. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus P&L leadership experience, is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years’ of management experience preferred in industries including vacuum, pump trucks, underground construction, trucking, sewer/water, oil & gas and waste.
• 3+ years full Profit & Loss management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes a one-year business plan aligned with corporate strategy.
• Enhances area strategic positioning and health & safety standards.
• Grows the business through strong operations, brand presence, and customer service.
• Maintains excellent customer relationships with new and existing clients.
