Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services is seeking a Foreperson in Texas to coordinate crews, manage equipment, and ensure contract specifications are met. The role emphasizes safety, efficient planning, and client coordination for tree care projects.

The position requires directing daily field activities, enforcing PPE usage, and maintaining detailed logs while supporting storm restoration efforts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Must meet qualifications of all positions on a crew.
• Must follow verbal or written directives.
• Must obtain and maintain first-aid certification and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew, equipment, and supplies per contract specs.
• Direct crew and manage equipment daily.
• Assign tasks and supervise performance.
• Plan and execute work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety rules followed.
• Notify property owners and obtain access for work.
• Maintain time, equipment, and material records.
• Complete daily truck inspections and briefings.
