Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies for vegetation management projects in the United States. You will direct daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, and communicate with property owners about access and scope.

Ideal candidates have experience in utility vegetation work, can lead a crew, and hold a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site role with allergy to be performed outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet qualifications of all crew positions.
• Able to follow verbal or written directives.
• Ability to delegate work and be accountable for performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete jobs.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks and assignments.
• Ensure safety practices and PPE are followed on site.
• Communicate with property owners and customers about access and work scope.
• Record time, equipment, and materials used; inspect work to contract specs.
