Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Foreperson in Georgia to coordinate crews and equipment for vegetation management projects on site. You will plan daily tasks, ensure safety compliance, and supervise performance to meet contract specifications.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Applicants should have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with willingness to travel for storm restoration work when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License required and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment each day.
• Assign tasks and supervise performance to meet specifications.
• Plan and execute work safely and efficiently.
• Notify property owners and obtain access for tree trimming or removal.
• Ensure crew wears PPE and follows safety practices on site.
• Keep records of time, equipment, and materials used.
• Complete daily truck inspections and briefings as required.
