Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber Foreperson to lead daily crew operations in Minnesota. You will coordinate work, enforce safety standards, and mentor crew members while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

The role requires training and guiding crew, managing safety compliance, and maintaining customer relations on job sites with reported incidents and equipment checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action.
• Able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Willing to pay union dues.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders are given by a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners for work and maintains customer relations.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports; manages crew costs and equipment use.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed, crew time, and incidents as required.
