Asplundh Careers is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim, tops, and reshape trees to provide clearance for utility powerlines. This full-time, non-exempt role requires climbing and operating forestry equipment in outdoor settings, with pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No fear of heights and able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination; able to climb and work from ladders.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; entry-level accepted.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service required tools and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into woodchipper.
• Maintain safe work area and protect employees and the public.
