Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in the United States is seeking a Trimmer/Climber (DL Required) to trim, tops, and reshape trees to clear powerlines. This full-time, non-exempt role demands safety focus and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

You will operate and service tools, load and unload, and assist with training new hires. A valid driver's license, willingness to join a union, and physical endurance are required. Compensation is hourly with a benefit package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and loads debris; maintains equipment in good condition.
• Safeguards employees and public from hazards in and around work area.
• Sets up barriers, warning signs, and flags to protect workers and the public.
