Job summary

LandGraphics Landscape & Arborcare Management, Inc. is seeking a dependable Tree Care Groundsman to support pruning, removals, and general tree care operations outdoors.

You will work with experienced crew members, perform physically demanding tasks, and help maintain safe work zones while delivering strong customer service. Applicants should have experience in tree care or outdoor labor, with a willingness to learn and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred.
• Experience operating chainsaws or similar power equipment is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tree pruning, removals, trimming, and other tree care services.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Drag, chip, and dispose of tree debris and brush.
• Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing LandGraphics.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

LandGraphics is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Tree Care Groundsman to join our Tree Care team. This position supports tree pruning, removals, and general tree care operations while working alongside experienced crew members.
