Job summary

LandGraphics is seeking a dependable Tree Care Groundsman to join the Tree Care team in Santa Ana, CA. The role supports pruning, removals, and general tree care while collaborating with experienced crewmembers.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors, physically capable, and committed to safety. CDL and bilingual skills are a plus. Enjoy growth opportunities in a hands-on outdoor field role.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred, but not required.
• Experience operating chainsaws or similar power equipment is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tree pruning, removals, trimming, and other tree care services.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Drag, chip, and dispose of tree debris and brush.
• Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing LandGraphics.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
