Job summary

LandGraphics Landscape & Arborcare Management, Inc. is seeking a dependable Tree Care Groundsman to join our Tree Care team in Santa Ana, CA. This role supports pruning, removals, and general tree care operations while working with experienced crew members.

You will operate chainsaws and other equipment safely, maintain clean and safe job sites, and contribute to customer service by representing LandGraphics professionally. Physical outdoor work and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care or outdoor labor preferred.
• Ability to operate chainsaws or similar power tools is a plus.
• Physically demanding outdoor work in various weather.
• Valid California driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tree pruning, removals, trimming, and other tree care services.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Drag, chip, and dispose of tree debris and brush.
• Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing LandGraphics.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely work around heavy equipment, power tools, and tree care operations.
