Job summary

LandGraphics is seeking a dependable Tree Care Groundsman to support pruning, removals, and general tree care operations alongside experienced crew members. This outdoor role requires physical effort, safety-mindedness, and a collaborative attitude to complete projects efficiently.

You’ll operate power equipment including chainsaws, wood chippers, and blowers, with attention to daily inspections and safe work zones. Experience in outdoor labor is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred.
• Experience operating chainsaws or similar power equipment is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather.
• Commitment to safety and strong work ethic.
• Valid California Driver's License preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tree pruning, removals, and other tree care services.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Drag, chip, and dispose of tree debris and brush.
• Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing LandGraphics.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
