Job summary

LandGraphics Landscape & Arborcare Management is seeking a dependable Tree Care Groundsman to support pruning, removals, and general tree care while working with experienced crew members. This outdoor role requires lifting up to 75 pounds and collaboration for safe, efficient project completion.

Responsibilities include operating chainsaws and other equipment, setting up safe work zones, and maintaining vehicles and gear.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tree pruning, removals, trimming, and other tree care services.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, blowers, and other equipment safely.
• Drag, chip, and dispose of tree debris and brush.
• Assist climbers with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones using cones, signs, and barricades.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow all company safety policies and Cal/OSHA regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing LandGraphics.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
