LSI - Landscape Services Inc. in Nashville is looking for a Tree Crew Member to join our field teams. You will help maintain landscape health, trim trees, and support site safety and cleanup.

Responsibilities include operating woodchippers, brush mowers, stump grinders, and chainsaws; rigging and hoisting tools; and loading brush for disposal. Candidates should be 18+, hold a valid driver's license, be physically capable of lifting 50–80 lbs, and work well with teammates, following safety rules

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license (CDL is often a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in extreme heat or cold.
• Good communication to follow instructions from crew leaders and work safely with teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Tree Operations: Help trim, prune, and remove live, dead, or storm-damaged trees.
• Groundwork: Operate woodchippers, brush mowers, stump grinders, and chainsaws.
• Rigging Support: Manage ropes, pull lines, and hoist tools to support climbers and aerial bucket truck operators.
• Site Cleanup: Clear, chop, and load cut brush and logs onto trucks for disposal.
• Safety Compliance: Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety rules around traffic and power lines.
