Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to perform tree care operations, including removals, pruning, stump grinding, and emergency storm work.

You will lead a crew safely and efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include operating chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and other equipment; ensuring safety; coordinating with supervisors and customers; and mentoring crew members on best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tree care and crew supervision.
• Ability to safely operate tree equipment and commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of tree removal, pruning techniques, rigging, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree removals, pruning, trimming, and stump grinding
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, loaders, and other tree equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
• Maintain communication with supervisors, customers, and crew members
• Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections
• Follow all ANSI, OSHA, and company safety procedures
• Train and mentor crew members on safe work practices

LSI is seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Leader to perform tree care operations, including tree removals, pruning, stump grinding, and emergency storm work. The Crew Leader is responsible for leading a crew safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Perform tree removals, pruning, trimming, and stump grinding
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, loaders, and other tree equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards
• Maintain communication with supervisors, customers, and crew members
• Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections
• Follow all ANSI, OSHA, and company safety procedures
