Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a General Foreperson to lead and coach the line clearance crew, ensuring safety and efficiency on job sites. You will allocate tasks, interpret union agreements as needed, and coordinate with the Project Manager to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, safety training capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel may be involved and long hours during emergencies are possible.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to coach crews.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with ANSI tree care standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and coaching to line clearance crew members.
