Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a field crew in tree trimming and related tasks. You will coach crew members, enforce safety practices, and coordinate with the General Foreperson to meet production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and the public. Expect on-site work with possible overtime and emergency call-outs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew to meet production goals and prioritize tasks as directed by the General Foreperson.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead tree trimming, removal, and herbicide application in accordance with standards.
• Maintain records of timesheets, work orders, and crew assignments.
