Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a trimming and removal crew on job sites. You will coach crew members, monitor safety practices, allocate tasks, and coordinate with the General Foreperson to maintain schedules and quality.

Strong leadership and tree-care knowledge are essential for success. You will work with herbicide applications and operate equipment near energized lines, while maintaining records and communicating clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and safety focus with arboriculture expertise.
• Knowledge of ANSI standards for tree care and pruning.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew to meet safety and production goals.
• Identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Operate and supervise tree trimming/removal with appropriate equipment.
• Maintain records: hours, work orders, costs, and crew assignments.
• Set up traffic controls and protect the worksite and public.
