Job summary

BrightView Landscapes LLC is seeking a Climber I to perform essential tree care, including pruning, cabling and removals. The role supports the team in site work and debris disposal, operating chippers and other equipment with strict safety practices.

Applicants should have prior climbing experience, strong endurance, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Work is outdoors with required PPE and weekend/holiday flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have prior climbing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Able to wear PPE per industry standards and company protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tree care operations such as pruning and limb removal on the ground and in trees up to 60 feet.
• Access trees safely following company protocols and move through canopy without damage or injury.
• Safely operate powered equipment including chippers, trucks and blowers.
• Maintain safe and organized work zones and prevent property damage during operations.
• Communicate using hand signals with climbers and direct the public around work areas.
