Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC seeks a Groundsperson for Tree Care to support pruning, removal, and general maintenance. This entry-level role requires no prior experience, and you will assist with clearing brush, chipping branches, and debris disposal in a team environment.

You will gain exposure to safe operation of powered equipment, manual tools, and PPE usage while contributing to a clean, organized work site.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no prior experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Safety first: use PPE and follow company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic ground-level tree care operations to support pruning, removal, and maintenance.
• Operate powered equipment safely (woodchippers, trucks, blowers).
• Use hand tools such as hand saws, pole pruners, rakes, and shovels safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and enforce safety around the work zone.
