Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Groundsperson, Tree Care, to support pruning and removal operations and assist with ground-level tasks on busy job sites. No prior experience is required, and you will learn safe operation of basic equipment and proper use of hand tools.

The role emphasizes safety and efficient debris management in outdoor environments. You will work with a crew to protect the work zone, communicate with climbers, and follow company procedures while wearing required PPE.

Qualifications

• No prior tree care experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Follow established safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Ability to lift equipment and perform manual labor outdoors.
• Good communication with crew and public safety awareness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ground-level tree care operations supporting pruning and removal.
• Operate or assist with powered equipment safely under supervision.
• Use hand tools safely to complete tasks and restore sites.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements on every shift.
• Maintain clean and secure job sites and coordinate with crew.
