Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is hiring a Groundsperson, Tree Care to support pruning, removal, and routine maintenance. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and emphasizes safe operation of basic equipment and clean, organized worksites.

You will assist with clearing brush, chipping branches, and debris disposal, while wearing proper PPE and following company protocols on a daily outdoor schedule.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with no prior experience or training.
• Must follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic ground-level tree care operations supporting pruning, removal, and maintenance tasks.
• Operate or assist with powered equipment under supervision (woodchippers, trucks, blowers).
• Use hand tools safely (saws, pruners, rakes, shovels) and follow PPE protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized work site and implement traffic/pedestrian controls as needed.
• Communicate with climbers and crew via standard hand signals; interact with the public safely.
