Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a confident and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinical expertise with an exceptional patient experience. In this in-office role, you’ll guide patients through treatment plans, explain options and costs, and coordinate with the clinical team to keep schedules efficient.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Dental experience is a plus, but not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
• Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
