Paradigm Oral Surgery in Roanoke, VA is seeking a confident, compassionate Treatment Coordinator to connect clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. You’ll explain treatment plans, guide patients through financial options, and ensure professional interactions.

In this in-office role, you’ll support the clinical team, maintain insurance data, and help patients understand costs. A high school diploma and some customer service experience are required; dental background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
• Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
