Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
Conduct initial consultations to discuss procedures and costs with patients so they understand treatment plans
Act as liaison between Dentist and patient
Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and follow-ups
Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options offered
Routinely follow up with patients throughout treatment
Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy regulations
