Job summary

Olsen Orthodontics in Southern Pines, NC is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients on treatment options, explain financial plans, and build strong relationships. This full-time role supports doctors and staff while keeping schedules full and patients informed.

Responsibilities include presenting plans, handling payments, following up with prospective patients, coordinating referrals, and assisting in local marketing and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one year experience in sales or other service industry required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
